Step 1: Booking a Notary in Wesley Chapel or Tampa Bay

You can book our mobile notary services through our quick and easy online booking system. Our team is ready to accommodate your needs, whether you require immediate assistance or wish to schedule an appointment for a future date.

Our online booking system allows easy scheduling for the customer and notary. 

A Note Regarding Payment Processing

Our booking calendar combines scheduling your signing and payment processing.

Payment Online. Once you find a suitable time, the calendar will display a payment screen to enter your card details.

Upon approval, our system schedules the notarization and locks in your date and time, creating what we refer to as a "confirmed appointment". 

When you confirm an appointment with us, the booking system prioritizes your time slot and prevents others from taking your allotted window.

Onsite Payments. Alternatively, if you prefer paying onsite during your notarization, we can accommodate this too. 

Let us know ahead of time, and we'll send you a pay-onsite booking link where you can request a time. 

However, please note that this option includes a 2-hour arrival window for your notary to arrive, as it's subject to double booking. 

If you select Thursday at 1:00 p.m., your notary could arrive to notarize your documents anytime between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. We refer to it as "reserving" a window.

Note: If you'd like the convenience of a "confirmed" time but prefer paying onsite, our dispatch operator can accept an over-the-phone deposit to hold a definitive time on our calendar for you.

Step 2: Preparing for the Notary Visit

Picture ID is crucial for verifying the signer's identity and is a mandatory requirement for notarization.

Hence, before the notary visit, you'll want to ensure each signer possesses a valid, non-expired state-issued government ID. 

The identification could be a driver's license, passport, or military ID. 

Step 3: The Notarization Process

During the notarization process, our notary will confirm the identity of each signer using their provided ID. 

The notary public will also ensure that the document to be notarized is ready for signing. Likewise, the notary will also confirm each signer understands the document's contents and is signing of their own volition.

Signers should possess sound mind during notarization. All of which means they must understand the impact of any documents they sign in the presence of a notary.

Step 4: Completion of Notarization

Once you sign the document, the notary will complete the notarial certificate, affix their official seal, and record the notarization in their notary journal. You will then receive the notarized document, and the service will be complete.
